Sandy Greiner

Sandy Greiner, BS, NPCT, has been teaching Pilates on the North Shore for 18 years.

Her passion is to guide each client to better health and vitality with an individualized Pilates program. "Pilates helps me manage back pain from years of ballet. It develops a mind-body connection that moves my life forward. I love seeing clients thrive from their Pilates practice."

She earned the 500 hour Balanced Body certificate and is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher.

Sandy has completed over 15 years of Pilates continuing education coursework and has practiced Pilates with teachers from a variety of Pilates lineages, both classical and contemporary.

Some of her additional training and certifications include Arcus, AFAA personal training, TRX Suspension Training, Oov, MELT, MOTR, and Pre-and Postnatal Pilates. Prior to teaching Pilates, Sandy worked in the wellness field as director and creator of Healthy Expectations, Inc. in Chicago and business development manager at Rush Corporate Health Center in Chicago.
