With over 12 years experience teaching barre and Pilates, Kady is able to fine tune and recalibrate bodies to be their absolute best.

Kady leads sessions with enthusiasm keeping you engaged and grounded even in the hardest of postures. You won’t lose focus in her sessions. We promise.

In addition to her Balanced Body Pilates reformer certification, she is certified as a personal trainer through ACE and NASM. Kady is passionate about personalized movement teaching and knows exactly how to create fun, challenging and safe sessions for any level.
