Michelle Gross, NCPT

Michelle’s core ethos is balance. She strives to offer clients the opportunity to meld strength and wellness in her sessions.

In addition to a 500 hour national board level comprehensive Pilates certification, Michelle holds certifications in personal fitness training, Reiki and group fitness instruction.

Michelle offers clients a chance to come home to their bodies and heal through Pilates movement.

With a resume that includes an MBA and MA in Asian studies, and hobbies including mosaics, beading and yoga, Michelle exemplifies a Pilates lifestyle of balance. She is passionate about helping clients to improve their overall fitness the Pilates way.
