A seasoned Pilates instructor with 18 years teaching experience, he believes that Pilates is for everyone-- from the de-conditioned to the elite athlete.
After practicing several types of mind-body exercise including Tai Chi, martial arts, yoga and Pilates, Stephen completed the 550 comprehensive Pilates certification.
Stephen has a B.S. in psychology and business.
